Terms of service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"Company", "we," "us," or "our" refers to Audience AI and Your Product Network.
"Purchaser", "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity engaging our procurement services.
"Service" refers to this website and our ticket and product procurement services.
"Package" refers to the combination of rodeo admission tickets and additional goods or services sold as a bundle.
"Procurement Service" refers to our process of locating authentic product distributors, ticket outlets, navigating the purchasing process, and facilitating purchases on your behalf through direct vendor partnerships or joint ventures.
"Vendor of Record" refers to the official event organizer, ticket outlet, or product supplier that directly fulfills orders and charges your payment method.
3. Payment Structure
This Service operates through two distinct transaction models:
Direct Vendor Transactions: For certain events, ticket outlets, and product vendors with whom we maintain direct partnerships or joint ventures, you are purchasing directly from the vendor. These vendors process your payment and appear as the merchant on your credit card statement.
Third-Party Procurement: For products, services, or tickets where we do not have a direct partnership, we purchase on your behalf, in your name, from official outlets. In these instances, we or the official vendor may process your payment.
Your payment card may be charged multiple times when your order includes items from different vendors or involves multiple transaction types. Charges may appear on your statement from the individual vendors, from Audience AI, or from Your Product Network, depending on the transaction structure.
4. Value-Added Procurement and Facilitation Service
By engaging this Service, you are contracting for our specialized expertise in navigating the complex ticket and product marketplace. Our value-added services include:
Identifying authentic ticket outlets and product vendors in an increasingly fragmented market
Navigating purchasing procedures and checkout processes on your behalf
Securing authentic tickets and products exclusively from official, authorized sources
Leveraging our direct partnerships to facilitate seamless transactions where available
Acting as your procurement agent to purchase items in your name from official outlets where partnerships do not exist
This procurement and facilitation process is executed by human agents who ensure all tickets and products originate from officially recognized outlets. We may, at our discretion, bundle tickets with additional goods or services to enhance your overall experience.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are contracting for our procurement expertise and facilitation services, not merely purchasing products. Whether we facilitate your direct purchase from a partner vendor or procure items on your behalf, our role is to ensure authenticity and streamline the acquisition process.
5. Fulfillment by Vendors of Record
All products and tickets ordered through this Service will be fulfilled by the vendors of record—the official event organizers, ticket outlets, or product suppliers with whom we maintain direct partnerships or joint ventures. We act as the procurement facilitator, while the actual fulfillment, delivery, and customer service obligations rest with these vendors of record.
5.1 Digital Delivery Products
Delivery and fulfillment of procured event admission tickets, constituting digital delivery products under our procurement service, shall be transmitted by us or the vendor of record to the contact information you provide during checkout. Delivery is expressly defined as:
The transmission of a PDF document containing a scannable QR code to the email address provided during the checkout process
The transmission of an SMS message containing a scannable QR code to the phone number provided during the checkout process
The transmission of a link to access, view, or download QR codes or tickets to the email address or phone number provided during the checkout process
The transmission of downloadable ticket files to the email address provided during the checkout process
We or the vendor of record shall transmit said digital products no later than one (1) day prior to the scheduled event date, subject to reasonable delays beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to:
Provide accurate email addresses and phone numbers during checkout
Check your spam/junk folders for ticket confirmations, QR code links, and tracking numbers
Ensure you can access and open the delivered digital products
Contact us immediately if you do not receive your tickets or tracking information
If you do not receive your digital products, you must contact us prior to the event date or within 15 days of the expected delivery date so that we can assist you in resolving the delivery issue. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from mistyped email addresses or phone numbers, spam filters, failure to check email/spam folders, or failure to report non-receipt within the required timeframe. Successful transmission to the contact information you provided shall constitute fulfillment of our delivery obligation.
5.2 Physical Products
Delivery and fulfillment of physical merchandise included as part of our procurement service packages shall be effectuated by the vendor of record through shipment to the shipping address designated by you during the checkout process. The vendor of record shall provide estimated delivery timeframes at the time of purchase, and such delivery shall be subject to reasonable delays beyond their control. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, shall be clearly disclosed and agreed upon during the checkout process. Fulfillment of physical products shall be deemed complete upon delivery to the provided address, as confirmed by the designated carrier.
6. Pricing and Fees
All prices listed on our website represent either: (a) the direct price charged by the vendor of record for their products and services, or (b) our procurement service fee combined with the vendor's price, covering our expertise in locating authentic outlets, navigating purchasing processes, and facilitating transactions through our partnership network. The total amount will be clearly displayed during checkout. When purchasing multiple items from different vendors, you will see separate charges on your payment method for each vendor's portion. All applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.
6.1 Fair Pricing for Ticket Procurement
We are steadfastly committed to fair and transparent pricing for our ticket procurement services. We operate in an industry rife with bad actors who exploit customers through predatory practices, often inflating ticket prices by 200% or more above face value. Our ticket procurement fees and facilitated pricing are carefully calculated to reflect the value of our expertise in securing authentic tickets from official outlets, while also covering the necessary costs of competing with these bad actors to deliver a reliable and trustworthy experience for our customers.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
7.1 Service Refunds
All engagements are deemed final upon completion of the transaction, except in the following circumstances:
Event cancellation by the organizer
Failure of procured tickets to grant admission due to an error in procurement (e.g., sourcing from an unofficial outlet)
Non-delivery of products or tickets by the vendor of record as described above
Requested tickets or comparable alternatives become sold out or unavailable from the official outlet
Refund requests related to vendor fulfillment issues must be addressed with the vendor of record, though we will assist in facilitating such requests where possible.
7.2 Event Cancellations
In the event of a rodeo cancellation announced by the event organizer, refunds will be processed by the vendor of record as follows:
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
If the event is rescheduled, procured tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, refund eligibility will be determined by the event organizer's policies.
7.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed by the vendor of record or by us (depending on who charged your payment method) using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
IMPORTANT: All rodeo events operate under a "rain or shine, no refund" policy. We are not able to issue refunds for rodeo events that proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions or other circumstances. However, some events offer optional ticket insurance that can be purchased for an additional fee at checkout, which may provide coverage for certain circumstances. Please review insurance options carefully during your purchase if you desire this additional protection.
7.4 Speculative Procurements
Certain tickets offered for sale may be speculative in nature, meaning we may list tickets for procurement based on our reasonable expectation of availability from official outlets. If such tickets become unavailable despite our efforts, we or the vendor of record shall provide either:
Comparable or better tickets at no additional cost, or
A full refund of the purchase price.
8. Customer Support
As your procurement facilitator, our primary role is to connect you with official vendors and events. Since fulfillment is handled directly by the vendors of record, support for delivery issues, product quality, or other fulfillment-related matters may need to be directed to the vendor of record. We will always first attempt to answer any questions we can and assist you in resolving issues. However, for matters that fall under the vendor of record's direct responsibilities, we may need to direct you to their customer support channels. We remain committed to ensuring you receive the support you need and will advocate on your behalf whenever possible.
9. Ticket Guarantee
We guarantee that all tickets procured through our Service are purchased directly from official outlets, authorized ticket vendors, or event organizers—never from third-party resellers or unauthorized sources. Our procurement process ensures that every ticket originates from the legitimate vendor of record for the specified event.
Should you receive a ticket that was not procured from an official outlet as guaranteed, and this results in denial of entry or any other issue, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from vendor fulfillment errors, event cancellations, or other matters outside our procurement process.
10. Chargeback Policy and Card Retention
We take chargebacks seriously, as they undermine the integrity of our procurement operations and those of our vendor partners, imposing substantial financial burdens. By assenting to these Terms of Service, you expressly authorize us and our vendor partners to retain your payment card details on file through the conclusion of the chargeback period, typically extending 180 days from the transaction date. Should a chargeback be initiated and subsequently determined to be unjustified—such as following fulfillment of delivery as stipulated in Section 5—we or the vendor of record reserve the right to re-charge your card for the original service fee or product price, together with any associated arbitration fees, certified letter fees, and other reasonable costs incurred in addressing the dispute. The total re-charge amount shall not exceed 150% of the original charge, reflecting the maximum reasonable expenses incurred. Said re-charge shall be processed within seven (7) business days of the chargeback resolution unless full payment is received prior to that date.
11. Fraud and Legal Recourse
Initiating a chargeback dispute after receipt and use of procured tickets or products constitutes a grave violation of these Terms of Service. Should you initiate a chargeback that we or the vendor of record determine to be fraudulent, including but not limited to instances where delivery has been fulfilled as per Section 5 (e.g., receipt and use of tickets confirmed via QR code access or event confirmation), we and/or the vendor of record reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our interests. Such remedies include, without limitation:
Filing a police report in your local jurisdiction with evidence of your agreement to these Terms, delivery of the tickets or products including all QR codes, and confirmation of use.
Initiating civil action to seek reimbursement of the original charges, any re-charge amounts as outlined in Section 10, and all associated legal costs, as permitted under Section 14 (Indemnification) and Section 16 (Governing Law).
Pursuing criminal fraud charges where supported by clear evidence of intentional misrepresentation, in accordance with applicable laws.
We strongly caution you to consider the significant legal and financial consequences of engaging in fraudulent actions and urge strict compliance with these Terms to avoid escalation of the matter.
12. Seat Location
The precise location of seats may not always be determinable at the time of procurement. We make no guarantee regarding exact seating assignments unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description. All seats will be within a comparably priced section with preference given to any procurement notes provided at checkout.
13. Account Registration
To purchase packages through our Service, you may be required to create an account with a third party service. You are responsible for doing so and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Audience AI, Your Product Network, or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
15. User Conduct
When using our Service, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the rights of any third party
Use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service
16. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price of the service or package acquired by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Additionally, we are not liable for fulfillment issues that arise from the actions or omissions of vendors of record beyond our role as procurement facilitator.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audience AI, Your Product Network, their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, as well as our vendor partners, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
18. Third-Party Relationships
We work directly with rodeo events, ticket outlets, and product vendors through partnerships and joint ventures. For fulfillment components, vendors of record assume primary responsibility for delivery and customer service. We act as the procurement facilitator and will assist in coordinating support, but ultimate fulfillment obligations rest with the vendors of record.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Cheyenne, Wyoming in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
21. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
